BBC Valve Covers

There's a company in Escondido that makes some great valve covers, but for some reason keeps giving us the old "check's in the mail." My altered is about ready to go and I don't know if this guy is EVER going to make our covers. Does anyone know a good place that makes Fabricated Aluminum Valve Covers that fit properly on a BBC with shaft rockers? There are several places that sell them, mostly made in China, but we tried one set and they didn't fit. Any help is appreciated.
