Got DlCK working on the Altered today!! ;D ;D ;D Got the patterns for the seat done and the back of the seat tacked in, unfortunately he let me cut the pattern and it's JUUUUSST a little off, (Like Me) but nothing a little trimming won't take care of we are going to try and finish it up tomorrow, Joe

Boy Newt, Did you ever hit that one straight on....We aren't doing to bad considering all we have is a hack saw,ax, and a BIG ballpeen hammer..ZBR is going to have to do alot of filing. And rattle can black paint.... ;D ;D  |

Got the seat done today!!! Is it saposed-to have 8 bends in it? Hey Newt I fit in it just fine, but DlCK had to use a shoe horn to get my butt out!! LOL ;D ;D But seriously DlCK did a Bltchen job on it, I fit in it snug as a bug in a rug and I thank him greatly,,,, I only had to spend 3 hrs and use 2 grinding wheels to get the patterns down to fit the seat so DlCK could weld it in!!! THANKS DlCK!! while we were at it, we measured the height if the top bars (Yes I even thought about bringing my helmet to the shop) so DlCK can figger out the two front bars, we also got an idea for the streeing box location. So all in all it was a very good day!! Can't wait to get some more bar bent! (One more step closer to track time!!!) Joe

Got the brake handle cut out today (sort of), and an idea of where the Master Cylinder will go, now to form and that F word (file) it to size, DlCK also said he had the shock towers figured out in his head (Lord help me) Oh! Anyone like to help/show/laugh at me with some fiberglass work?, Joe ;D ;D PS. He never should have let me near the bandsaw and a piece of Aluminum!!!
