I think everyone but FC is down to the finals. FC will be caught up at Boise probably. I heard September @ Famoso too Butch. Nothing official though.

Nostalgia Funny Car will finish up their eliminations at the Pepsi Nightfire Nationals at Firebird Raceway in Boise, Idaho, August 13-16. Group 1 will complete their eliminations at the season ending California Hot Rod Reunion presented by Automobile Club of Southern California at Auto Club Famoso Raceway, Oct. 23-25 and Group 2 will finish up at the Nostalgia Fall Championships at Auto Club Famoso, Sept. 19-20.

Obviously they couldn't or wouldn't finish on Sunday, but out of curiosity what was the weather like? Were the roads clear and dry enough to travel on?

Partly cloudy & dry. we were on the road by 930, and roads were dry, track was dry. I'm sure they had water under the rubber however.

We left Saturday night and the pits we were in had 5" of water in them the guys pitted next to us pulled out at 2:00 and spent the night in the parking lot. Was a pregnant dog driving with all the road work and raining. Had a good time just sucked after the rains started
