Can anyone shed some light on re-certs for trans and flywheel shields? Do they have to go back to the MDT. or is there a local guy?

Bob from what I was told it will cost more to send them in pay the frieght and pay for a recert than to buy new ones. I have not tried it let us know what you find out. Butch

Thanks Butch, yes indeed you are correct. I shipped my stuff off today--$86.00 for 3 day mail each way + 25.00 for each item. Does this remind you of a sales tax every time you buy a used car What really can go wrong with a piece of metal that is a static position?

Bob Thats why I only race at outlaw track here in the midwest they are jusy glad to see you there and anybody that races a car is going to know if it is safe or not. its just a money ploy that SFI is into with the MFG companys.
