How is the schedule lookin? What tracks can we look forward to racing at? It makes it hard to plan for 2007. Looking forward to a full season next year. My sponcer got a new job and said were going racing. Thanks Bonnie! {What a great wife}

Until Famoso puts out dates, other than the March Meet and Finals, all schedules are up in the air....

for my part, i don't care where we race. i'll go anyplace butch wants to. anra is the only place a slow dog like my flatty can run on a regular basis. i will support anra as long as it is around.

Hey guys don't give up the ship yet I am still trying real hard to see if we can do something. We are going to the Famoso champions awards ceremonies tonight rubbing elbows with the elite I will never give up if there any chance we can get a race there. If not at least you guys will have a place to race.
Ralph give me a call ASAP. Looks like we will be coming up to race in your area.

Jr. Calm down.. SPM classes that have a separate event are for those classes that NHRA doesn't run at their Hot Rod Reunion. that race is for the Famoso points series racers. I talked to Blake Last night, The Schedule will not be set till after the track operators meeting in Vegas the first week in Jan '07. Nice seeing you Butch, 2 weekend in a row.

Jeff it was a nice deal. Elana and the Famoso staff did a nice job last night.
Hope the guys will just relax a bit and let us try to work things out for 2007 as you know, we are really trying don't want anyone to get the wrong impression.
I for one am looking forward to running that series you are talking about since I will not have time during the ANRA events to run the new car.
OK where are we going next weekend to party?

Hey Butch,
Don't forget about Banning too. I know, I know the whole story, but believe what you guys want. I believe and have always believed that it was going to workout.
They are stating on their webpage that heavy equipment will be on the property starting Jan. 15, 2007 and completion by June 29,2007. That leaves a half a year to schedule races.
I say go for it!

Gino. I have already been out to Banning, And they already have leveled the ground some. They were pushing dirt the day I was there. So It will happen. Not sure when the completion date will be. They estimate June. We'll see.

I find it hard to believe that we are all waiting to see (hear), what the guys at bakersfield are going to do. Considering that there are other tracks out there that would love to have this oraganization run at their facility.
What give Butch, can you give us some insight.

We will have something next week. Working with 3 tracks and a possible 4th one. It's strange how one track can hold up scheduling at so many others for us trying to get Nostalgia races. We will be going back to LACR for at least a couple of races maybe more. Looks like the old track will be there through 2007. So please be patient.

The May 5th race is going to changed to later in May last weekend I think after Mothers Day We will have more posted next week.
