ANRA was capably represented at this weekends Cruzin 4 a Wish charity car show here in Bakersfield.
"Showcar" Joe Delmos, Cathy Delmos, "Dragster" Jeff Crider, myself, & my daughter Madeline, hauled out 3 of ANRA's former winners (along with a new Div 7 Pro Comp dragster but we'll pretend that one wasn't there) to a charity car show yesterday for a fun day in the sun hanging with good people.
Joe and Jeff delighted the crowd with multiple race car engine firings and answering LOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTSSSS of questions about these cars and ANRA, as well as handing out Season Opener flyers to the masses who may not have ever seen an ANRA race car up close. Many a childs day ( and some lucky grown ups as well) was made as they got to take a seat in a for real race car! "Dragster Jeff's" NEII Dragster even picked up a 2nd place award for a "Special Interest" vehicle (the "new" car placed 3rd)!
Both of these guys are real charitable and just generally fun to be around. Glad to be associated with them.

Joe's car was a chick magnet all day! Lots of ladys sat in and on this car. I imagine he'll have to really polish her up before the season opener!
