Nostalgia looks great with the 3 point cage but the 5 or 6 point is much safer. We have come a long way sence I drove a altered an a Dragster with just a leather jacket and a helmet an bluejeans

ok here it is : !. [glow=red,2,300]Crosley Steering Box.[/glow] 2. Small and light. 3. The gearing and Mounting were just made for what you would need for a Front Motor Dragster/Altereds etc.

The Crosley rearend continued in life in Cushman truckster and such like that. The Crosley transmission continued in lawn and garden tractors, Kuboda for one. The Crosley engine continued in boats as the Bearcat. The Crosley steering box likely did the same thing in small tractors, golf carts etc.
The Crosley steering box is what most of us used in the early years. I just Received this the other day from a Fellow HAMB er.
