Hey everyone Butch needs your NHRA member # for the rouster that he needs to turn in. Also he needs jacket sizes for everyone. Please e-mail myself or Butch as soon as possible with this info.

Hi Melanie. I sent Butch the girls' member numbers and shirt sizes. I wanted to bring cupcakes for the pot luck....do you think 60 will be enough?

Thanks Annette for getting that info to Butch.
60 cupcakes would be great. Butch and I talked about doing hotdogs. He has a warmer that we can use and that way someone won't have to tend a BBQ. He and I will take care of hotdogs and beans. Chips, salad and deserts are what we will still need.
I will try to get an e-mail out to everyone tomarrow. The days are clicking away fast.

Going to place the order for T Shirts for the Jr ET finals. I have the kids sizes. If you want to buy for your crew I need to know by Monday. We will sell them for what ever our cost is for them.

T Shirts have been ordered. I did order a few extras after we take care of the ones that ordered we will see about selling the rest. We will be selling the crew shirts for $10.00 thats cost.

Hi all....I talked to Kat today and she told me that they will NOT charge the $20.00 early load in fee for coming in Friday night from 3 to 8 pm Friday night. Tech will be open until 8pm also.
In addition, we will get to pit together as a team and the pit areas will have signage so we know where we will all gather.
Looking forward to a fun race----GO TEAM ANRA/FAMOSO!!!!
