I've got a elco tank .gallon 3/4 is this big enough for my bbc blown injected 10lbs boost alky? start burnout back up and run.

If it is 3/4 of a gallon tank... no if you mean 3 or 4 gallons... yes. A blown alky NE1 car should use about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons on a run with a decent tuneup.
