A big thank you to Butch and his staff for a wonderful weekend of racing. Thanks to CSI for the great BBQ too. We were a little bummed on Saturday with only two time trials, but Sunday made up for it. Jordan won the event for Group III for the second race in a row. I know he at least tied Sabrina Capps for the Championship and I thought she would win on a tie breaker, but on the way home I thought over the points and I think we may have ten more points than she. I guess I'll have to wait and see, but regardless, it was a great weekend for us with the win and a possible shot at the Championship. Thanks Butch and crew.
P.S. When I got home I found out the local newspaper had a nearly full page article on Jordan that I had submitted with his picture, a picture of his first dragster, and a picture of his present one. What a weekend.

Thanks. I knew the points when we started, and I know Sabrina went out third round and we won the race with five rounds. If she got twenty points for her round one and two wins, she has 110 points. If we got 50 points for our five round wins, we have 120 points. Someone lead me to believe that Sabrina got 30 points on Sunday and that is why I thought we were tied. I think she got only twenty. If the first tie breaker is events won, we'd win it on that too. I'll just have to wait for Butch to make something official. Thanks again for the heads up on the beginning points.

We were in the same boat in Brk #2....but we were at the top and slid backwards after our round 1 loss.....Flores got a bye in round 2 and tied us....a round 3 loss or win and it was his....but if Hannah won she could take it all.....we left before it played out....so we'll see!... 2012 will be a big step us for us...new car and new class....brk#3
