Irwindale Update #6
Here is the race day information for the May 11th race.
Friday May 10th will be early load in. The cost is $20.00 per rig. The $20.00 includes tech, and BBQ sponsored by PAL Office Products, (Doubleday Family). You can camp overnight, or leave your rig. I would like to see as many racers do this because it would make Sat. morning a little less hectic. The BBQ is for everybody at the track. There will be hamburgers or hot dogs, chips and a drink. The gates will open at 3:00 pm and close at 8:00 pm.
Gates will open at 6:00 am on Sat. morning. Tech. will start at 7:00 am.
Drivers meeting at 8:30 am in the spectator stands.
Time trials from 9:00 am to 11:00 am . No run limits during time trials. The back of the lanes will close at 10:30 am. 1st round of at 11:30 am.
The race entry will be $75.00 per race and we are going to have 2 races. $10.00 per crew ages 12 and up. 6 to 11 will be $5.00 ea. 5 and under free.
At the end of the 2nd race, we will have the Race of Champions for the winners from race 1 and race 2 from each class.
The track only accepts cash.
