It amazes me that I sat out four different track problems, in the lanes, sweating off five lbs in the process ...... and still consider it the best ANRA meet I've had yet. I love the track, the meets, the folks, the runs, and especially Open Wheel.  Thanks from here as well, Butch. ;D |

I'm really sorry about our oil down. That second Open Wheel Qualification set had already been delayed for a long time. I'm beginning to wish I didn't have a black suit and black car. Joanna got completely covered in oil, and couldn't see. But at least she kept it away from the wall. So, she decided to keep out of eliminations, just to be sure it didn't happen again. Thanks for your patience. Still, a great weekend! As usual! Thanks, Butch and crew.... once again!

Nice driving Joanna, good handling and save. Glad you're OK (and with no further damage to the car either).  I hope the blinding wasn't too unsettling (I know it can be, I've seen it adversly affect folks sometimes), and you'll be back to it asap. Hey, no one intentionally breaks, but it happens. That's just an understood part of this hobby of pushing parts to limits. I don't know anyone who hasn't, and the "war stories" are part of the lore of our sport, we all have'em. |

Being away made us realize how much we missed running with ANRA. We had a blast! A huge shout out to my pal Mustache Mike Woodard. He was relentless in helping my other pal Mike Rogers in finding the rocker arms he needed that broke the day before. Because that's what a racing family does. Thanks Mike! And who was that nut that drove past me on the way home in that white trick blasting their horn? Thought I seen "Helter Skelter" written on it somewhere.... ; )
A big thanks to Butch for putting on a great program. Loved it.
