Need racer info/pics please. 'Toon T' open wheel racer.

Hey guys.
trying to locate pics of the 'Toon T' which runs open wheel.
at the very least the guys name so i can do some searching.
i have a buddy who is looking to do build a similar car and would like to study some photos of the roll cage on the car.

any help is greatly appreciated.
