Winds: Winds will be generally less than 10 MPH through Thursday. Winds Thursday night and Friday will be mainly out of the south to southeast at 10 to 15 MPH at times with stronger gusts, mainly from Fresno County north and along the west side. Rain: There are two storms which will affect central California. One will move in Friday and the other on Sunday. A large swath of moisture is training from west to east across the Pacific Ocean and will slowly sag southward and weaken. However, most of the models show strong enough dynamics for showers down to Fresno County with a smaller, but reasonable, chance in Kings and Tulare Counties with even a small chance down into Kern County. For now it appears the main chance of precipitation will be Friday afternoon and night. This first storm could drop between .10 and .25 in Fresno and Madera Counties with lesser amounts further south, tapering off to just trace amounts in Kern County. Saturday and Saturday night will be dry, however a second system will sag southward into central California, bringing another decent shot at showers into Fresno County with a lesser chance of showers into the south valley.
Rainfall amounts from this system appear to be between .10 and .20 in Fresno and Madera Counties with lesser amounts further south.
Lets go race
