Hello from Indy..............My name is Troy Coker, I am the President & Co - Founder of the Nostalgia Pro Comp Association (NPCA). We (my Dad & I) run an injected nitro/alky SBC digger. Built for NE1, but have gone 7.30 on 60%. Plan is to step it up for our 7.00 Pro Comp I class for 2007. We ran and won the championship in our 7.50 Pro Comp II class this year. Our best ET for that class was a 7.501
2006 was the first season for the NPCA. We got tired of not having any nostalgia races or a series in this part of the country, so we decided to do something about it, much like you guys have done with the ANRA. I usually make one or two trips a year to a GG's west coast event, unfortunately w/out the car. But we are planning a trip with the car this year to the CHRR, as it is the weekend after the NPCA US Finals which will be held in Kansas City. May as well keep coming west to do the Reunion! There will probably be a few more NPCA guys that will do the same.
I would just like you all to be aware of what the NPCA is about and what our schedule looks like for 2007.
Our class structure is as follows:

Super Eliminator (6.50 Center Steer) – Front Engine Dragsters, Altereds, and Pre ‘80 Funny Cars (8 car field)
Pro Comp I (7.00 Center Steer) – Front Engine Dragsters, Altereds, and Pre ’80 Funny Cars (8 or 16 car field)
Pro Comp II (7.50 Center Steer) – Front Engine Dragsters, Altereds, and Pre ’80 Funny Cars (16 car field)
A/Gas (7.50 Left Hand Steer) - Pre’73 Door Cars (8 car field)
B/Gas (8.50 Left Hand Steer) - Pre ’73 Door Cars (8 or 16 car field)
Nostalgia Comp – Center Steer – Front Engine Dragsters, Altereds, and Pre ’80 Funny Cars (8.00, 8.50, 9.00, 9.50) – All Run
Nostalgia Gas – Left Hand Steer - Pre ’73 Door Cars (9.00, 9.50, 10.00, 10.50) – All Run

*** The above classes will be run at the 2007 Indy Good Guys event and we would like to add these classes at some additional events for 2007. We would also like to add these classes to ALL of our NPCA events in the future. We will be working with GG's at this event.
