Well, Looks like we will be running Open Wheel again until I can get the NEIII engine built. My Boss donated a running 1964 327, .30" over short block out of a 63 Vette and I have a set of fresh 283 heads to bolt on to make it a long block! I just about have my new Hilborn intake rebuilt, Scored a set of nozzles from Tracy Price (thanks) I just need to get Spud Miller @ (FIE) to make a new set of hoses and I have to set the butterflies and it is done. Ken Lee Donated a Powerglide and all new parts that Greg Means has rebuilt, and I did recover the rearend hat to hat with the driveshaft still connected! I have the tubing for the chassis and have cut the tubes for the shoulder hoop and firewall hoop, My old friend Ken Wagle in Bako is going to bend them for me, and of course My Buddy Dick Moseley will make sure it all goes together the right way, like the last little girl. The car might even have paint on it thanks to Mitch Maciel, he has given me an offer I couldn't refuse. DG Safety has also given me a racers deal on a new Jacket to help out! I am sure Ben and Joel Gruzen know that they will be seeing a lot of me for all the safety equipment I will be needing! As for a timeline........ This Year! LOL
