My partner and I are new. We are running an altered this year with you folks. I joined last November. I have received no acknowledgment to this. Are we supposed to get a card or a number or something? If we are not supposed to get anything .. no problem. Just like to know, thanks a bunch.

Gee Ken, when ever I walk by and say hi, you always tell me "get lost." Should I take that personally?

Flathead, I know your car. Was the guy with the good looking mustache you let drive your car around the parking lot. We have a 23 T Bucket. The car ran in the 1968 Winternationals as well as the 1997 Good Guys winter nationals. Took it down to the bare frame and re-did the entire car. Used the engine from my stock car for power. We have named the car "Tweety's Revenge". Going to LACR on the 11th to test etc. Look forward to running. Never drag raced before. Spent my life on oval tracks.

jimmy i remember you. i am glad you decided to build an altered. drag racing is easy. it is all won or lost on the line they say. i don't think they were driving an altered though. i'll try to get over and see you run but the march meet is that day. if i don't go on the 11th and go on the sat maybe. we'll see. gary

Flathead, Looking forward to it. Many say the start of an oval race is the key as weel. Those who said it never raced either.

Welcome to ANRA Jimmy!
I think you'll enjoy yourself as the ANRA racers are a great group of guys and gals. My oval track friends tell me that oval track racing is nothing more than two drag races with two left hand connectors. My response is that most return roads are on the right at the drags. Looking forward to meeting you at the track in April. Take care!
