Just got word that the Barona 1/8th Mile Drag Strip will be open on Friday night for TnT on September 7th. Gates will open at 4pm will cars runnin at 6pm...This will be a great time to get your car 'dialed in' for the NERA Race on Saturday, September 8th..  |

NERA conducted their Season Finale at the Barona Drag Strip this past Saturday (September 8th)...Great turnout..Great Racing..Results are: Winner - John Leso R/U - Dave Gruzen #1 Qualifier - Tim Brown Race Safe everyone - See ya' all at CHUY's, CHRR and the ANRA Finals.. |

Hey Joel. ya forgot to mention that Tim was # 1 qualifier with a perfect index pass and then did it again in the 2nd round of eliminations. 2 perfect index passes in the same event has to have odds of a million to one!!!

;D ;D ;D And yep...Yur rite...Not only did Tim (In the "Merciless Mouse") run two 4.850's, also ran a 4.860 during one of the elimination runs..(not bad).. Oh, and don't think I didn't 'catch hell' from another "Mouse" driver..  >:(4.867 ..It was a fun time, but mucho carnage.. Hope everyone makes it to the CHUY's Fuel Alt Classic tomorrow..C U There  |
