This question has been brought up over on the Famoso site without a definite answer. Does anyone know for sure if the street driven cars in HOT ROD MUST have an NHRA membership and permanent competition numbers on your car to race at the March Meet? I've always run a shoe polish number since my car is a street driven car, but I don't want to show up and be told I can't race without a permanent number. Anyone?
Thanks in advance.. ;D

JR here is what I understand to run Hot Rod at the March Meet you do not have to be a NHRA member or have a permanent number however to run for points in the Heritage series you will have to be a member of NHRA and sign up with them, I talked to Elania and she suggests you contact the museum as they will be taking care of point for the series. Hope this helps if you have anymore questions you can call Elania at the track (661) 399 2210. Butch

Do they still have the "no cars slower than 13 seconds" rule?
