Any one ever cure powercoating with a heat lamp or infrared heater? I need to touch up a cage on Josh's car and don't have time to strip the chassis completely down to put it in a oven. Butch

Butch, Eastwood sells powder coating kits that dont require an oven for curing. They sell infrared lamps that have 6000 watts. You can check them out at www.eastwood.com. Good luck, Snarlin

Good luck, Snarlin Thanks we have one of their kits and have always used the old oven did see the lamps just not sure how it would cure the cage being out in the open may just get a couple of cans of spray. Hell he will be out growing it before long again at the rate he is growing.
