How many went to the March meet and what did ya think? There on Sat. and thought it was great. Continual racing with little oil downs, weather was fantastic and the stands were full.
How did the Tea Pot crew do and any others that participated ? Any photo's?

HAD A GREAT TIME. I THINK THEY SHOULD RUN LONGER THAN 5PM. 1 RUN IN 3 DAYS @ $1200.00 IS PRETTY HEAVY

Great time...Great Crowd...Great Competitors...NO...we didn't win, but still, this has to be one of the 'largest' meets that i've been to... More to come, I'm sure....Just wait till ANRA shows up at the "Patch"......

Well it goes something like this. Friday morning 9.803 on what should have been a 9.60 tune-up Saturday morning 9.736 on the same tune-up.Sunday qualified 5th and in the show.1st round we ran #1 qualifier Jack the Bear.Jack ran a 9.737 with a hole shot to my 9.640 The Teapot with a win.Sunday afternoon we were running a car that had run 9.60 all weekend and had broken out once,So in goes the tune up.Data from our weather station tells us we are running a 9.50 tune up.Off to the starting line the teapot hole shots the other lane. Both cars break out the teapot 9.448 the other lane 9.453.I guess that says it all.But as we all know never lift Ron took the stripe, and a loss by .0054.Congrats to Tracey P.We'll be back. The race went very smoothly and we raced as soon as we were called to the lanes. We actually got to watch allot of racing and really enjoyed the weekend. The Bowsers did a great job of running the race effectively along with the help of Steve Gibbs and many others.Great Job,Thanks Ron and Marla Teapot racing.

Eric:
Yup, that was us in the Final Round. I'm going to have to learn how to cut a tree I guess. Dan See was my opponent and he ran 8.60's through eliminations while I was running 8.61's, .64's and .65's. Missed the light by .016. Oh well, we had a blast!!!!
I sent an e-mail to Blake congratulating him on what the boys and I thought was an excellently run race.
Looking forward to the ANRA Opener. See you then.

I am pretty sure that another ANRA racer Pat Walker was runner-up at the March Meet but I'm not sure what class.

I ran NE1, and was crewing on Bradfords car in NE2. Great operation of the track, scheduling, preperation & all around great job by the" Patch " keepers. I was #2 qualif. in NE1, went too quick in round one. Bradford went to the semi's and lost to skip in a wheel race....Great job skip, I could still see the smile on yer face from the startline as you went thru the finish !!!! See ya'll at the Patch soon.....ds770b
