Why is it that if your car dosen't hook it's the fault of the track. They give you a track to run on it up to the crew and driver to get the car to go down the track. I saw 6 sec door cars go down both lanes. If you couldn't get down the track don't blame the track There are nuts and bolts and things to adjust. Tire pressures, and launching at different rpm's, lining up in the grove helps. I saw lots of cars with tire pressures to low. They shook the tires. Others lined up way right or left. 1 tire in the grove and 1 out. What happens at the hit is not the tracks fault if your stuff ain't right. I saw 1 guy go left every time he left the line. That wasn't the track. It was the set up. Go back to the shop, look at the pics, or vids. Make corections/ adjustments. When you see the pics and the leading edge of your slick is wrinkled enough to distort the tire pressure isn't right. Unless the track crew set your tires, put the blame somewhere else. I don't want to start anything but I'm just saying. The track looked pretty good to me.

I want to clarify that I am talking about Sacramento not Famoso. But if there is debris on the track that can be cleaned up that is not good.

Track was good. Couple bald spots. No problems hooking up. It was good to see Butch and a bunch of ANRA guys out there. We got some really cool video from different angles on the car. Cant wait for the season to start. See everyone in March.

Ok let me put in my .02 cents worth on this track deal, I read both sides and I think that for the first T&T of the year the track was as good as it could be ! and as safe as you could expect on the big end for a track that has not been run on for 3-4 months . Was it as good as it can be ?? the answer is "No" it can be a lot better but people forget that a good track comes with 2 parts good prep and cars with slicks that lay down rubber and make the groove and there was no groove even by Sunday, when you look down the track after the burn-out and see two black lines about 2 feet wide then you have a groove the further the lines go the better the track but this takes time at least 2-3 events . The track has come 200% over the last 3 years I have had my complaints in the past but I have to admit that the management and workers have made every effort to provide us with a better race facility just look at the different racing associations and events that have started to come to the track, as you race over the year and Geo and the guys give you a great and safe track to race on, then take the time to go Thank them . Ever body forgets about the 90% of the time the track is good . Hope to see you Sunday guys if no rain P.S Take good care of " My Tree"

Yes the track was green, there is no question. However, on saturday the left lanes was the choice lane until a PSCA guy broke about 100 to 150 ft. out. Then most of the high horsepowered cars had a difficult time gettting pass that point. After that the right lane became the better lane.
Can't say what was good runs or not, because I don't know what some of these guys were tuning for, but I saw some good numbers come up.
Just wished they would have run the program a little faster. But again the I was not involved, just out spectating.

Well I made some licensing passes in only the left lane both days. Once I made a 4 link adjustment the car went straight as an arrow from then on. 7.73 179
