Need FED Driveline Help

Hello all,

I have an FED and am having trouble locating a coupler to fit the 16 spline straight tooth output shaft on the 1963 vintage ClutchFlight Trans in the car. Strange, Lenco and Mark Williams have all come up empty. Ideas? Anyone know a machine shop that can make one?
