I have been looking for a quality roller FED for a while and not much in the South West has popped up. I'd like to find something with an old school look currently certified with a max w/b of about 180" so it will fit in my garage. I am looking to spend upwards of 10K for the roller. Otherwise I will finish a project and shoot for a turn key or just get a chassis built to my likings. My daughter is pushing hard for a Fiat altered so I would be willing to see what's out there in that realm. After all it's family racing. Feel free to contact me directly. thanks, Joe 714-717-2608 joecoppa@verizon.net

I know Butch, I tried hard to push them toward Jr drags even took the family to a Jr drag meet at Inyokern. They had to choose between that and riding dirt bikes in the desert and they weren't ready to let go of the two wheels. Now they will be happy being a part of a family team until they are old enough to drive themselves. They are pretty excited about being involved. They spend a lot of time with me in the garage and it amazes me how much they pick at a young age.

Thanks for the link Snarlin, I talked to the owner and it sounds like it needs a little more effort to update than I am willing. It has cracks and a couple of bad tubes and bad welds. It was shortened and he is not sure about the tube material. Thanks for keeping your eyes open, I appreciate it Joe

Thanks guys for the responses. I have something promising to see next week and I'll follow up on the one from HF also. I was just guessing that one might be out of my league?.... I'll ask and find out.
thanks again, Joe

Dean,
Thanks for the offer, it sounds like a good deal but a little long for my taste.
thanks Joe

Yeah Steve, I've been watching RJ twice daily for months and nothing decent came up.... at least on the left coast.
BUT, I bought a nice NEW roller yesterday! I will tell about it in a new post later. Got to get back to sanding the siding. Joe
