If you look at the old picture of the car at the races, In the background is a pickup with a camper on it. To the left of the camper you can see the front end of a 'cuda funny car. That was Lyles Skrimper funny car. How cool is that??!!

That picture was taken in 1971 at Seattle ,.
Pacific Raceways,..
the paint on that cuda is of the Banzai.

That same piece of asphalt Veneys car is sitting on
is still there, at the track, I tried to get
the car lined up there for a quick shot but the bracket
races had the lane all tied up, about 3 months ago.
