OK FOLKS" As of this morning, The track has been WASHED from the starting line to the 1320' mark. It will then be swept with a full blown sweeper w/vaccum.. Then a fresh coat of VHT will be layed down. Now if this doesn't take care of the "No Traction" problem, Nothing will.. Butch is trying everything he can do to make a good track for tomarrow. Lets show him some appreciation, And show up to race. Oh by the way, Only a slight breeze is forcast for tomarrow.(5-7mph)

Thats what I like a positive outlook. Makes me feel real good to spend the extra money on the track. I guess we will not see old Kaboom there. I will miss him. See the rest of you at the races. Butch

Well boys and girls, Another perfect day at the races. Track cleaned up real good. And held all day. The weather? you couldn't ask for anything much better. Sun was shinning. very slight breeze. I came home with a small sun burn on my face. I surely think that the racers that were there, couldn't ask for a better race day. Thanks for coming folks.........

I didn't make it cuz I was in Maui...actually I'm still here but gotta come home tomorrow- Sounds like you guys made the track work and luckily no wind!!! I was checking the weather on the internet and they were calling for 25-35 mph wind on the day of the race....I wouldn't have gone either after reading that . You just gotta take your chances and hope for the best I guess . I'll be there next time!
