Butch Thanks!!! I think I can speak for all of the club when I say THANKS. There aren't too many people that would give out their phone number on the web to make an event go off. You did and we had the opener. Those who braved it were treated with a good day at the track and good racing. Unless you went out in the first round because of the dreaded red light {we suck}. My wallet goes out to the team that blew their new motor today, OUCH!!! Do they know what cause the explosion??? Thanks again for the fun!! Glen

I just went out to watch, thinking that I would drive out there just to drive back home for something to do.))) The rains stopped as we got by the city of Acton. It turned out to be one georgious day. And everything went off without a hitch. Everybody was finished racing by 5:00 pm. Beautiful trophies were given out. Had a great day at the races. Even though my heap is still down with a broken bullit.. Thanks Butch.... Dick...

It was a great event . Thanks to everyone at ANRA and LACR for putting on a great race . I drove through a freakin' monsoon Saturday morning to get to Palmdale from Camarillo -saw more carnage on the freeway than a Nascar race on the way there ( slow down in the rain people!!) It turned out to be a beautiful day with great racing weather , fun people , bummed a fantastic dinner from the ANRA crew , and really enjoyed the day . Too bad the weather scared people away ...they missed it . The track was hooking good and we had a clean day of racing , I can't wait for the next race . If you missed this one be there next time!

This was our first time competing at an ANRA event. I gotta say it was a blast. My congratulations go out to all the winners, especially Greg Dreher who won the sportsman class. Greg put us on the trailer, but prior to doing so, came over and introduced himself and we talked a bit. Real class act. Really looking forward to the next race.

Okay I'm no expert but, IMHO I would say an altered would be better for the following reasons.
They have more character. Their harder to handle with a shorter WB. The fans love them because their coooool. They take up less room in the trailer unlike our car.

Joe:
Apparently we don't count either, and our Altered is now on the track.
Hey, I heard a rumor that you had a new car coming with "cup holders". Or was that Butch?

Well, normally I would not comment on this subject, but anyone who owns or drives an altereds has got to be Secondly, oh oh ..lemme give this another thought Oh...sorry.. Excellent choice, and YES, they do fit better in the trailer...Hell, that's why I shortened up the "Mighty Mouse"...
